Christopher Pitts
Christopher Pitts is an associate at the firm and helps clients in the areas of family law, estate planning, business transactions, and bankruptcy. Prior to joining the firm, Christopher lived in San Francisco where he practiced law in estate planning.
During law school, Christopher worked in the corporate litigation department at Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP in Los Angeles, where he helped investigate stock option backdating in the semiconductor and real estate industries. He also worked on the mergers and acquisitions team at Colony Capital LLC, where he endeavored to identify investment opportunities for Colony Investors VIII LP, a $4 billion private equity fund.
Christopher received a B.A. with honors from Vassar College. He also has a M.A. in Theology from the Graduate Theological Union and a J.D. from UC Hastings. Christopher studied at the London School of Economics as well as Bogazici University in Istanbul, where he studied Ottoman architecture under Godfrey Goodwin.
In his spare time, Christopher thinks about doing volunteer work, which makes him feel better about not having done any.
